No. Financial modelling means building forecasts, projections and valuations, usually in Excel. This course is about recording real transactions correctly and producing accurate financial statements from them. That accounting foundation is what any financial model is built on, so it is a sensible first step, but the two are different subjects and we would rather be clear about that.
